4 medium whole-wheat tortillas
16 ounces chicken breast, sliced or diced
¼ cup mozzarella cheese
¼ cup light sour cream
½ Hidden Valley Ranch Dip dry packet
¼ cup cilantro
Veggies of your choice
Heat large sauté pan over medium-low heat. Spray with non-stick cooking spray.
In small bowl mix together sour cream and ranch dip until combined, set aside.
Lay out tortillas and even place chicken breast, cheese, cilantro and sour cream sauce in the middle of tortilla (add additional veggies if you like, i.e. lettuce, cabbage, bell pepper, carrots etc.). Wrap tortillas and gently place in sauté pan to lightly toast each side. Enjoy!
