16 ounces chicken breast
2 cups cooked bowtie pasta, cooled
2 bunches green leaf lettuce, chopped
4 tbsp Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp sliced almonds
¼ cup light Caesar dressing
In medium saucepan, boil 6 cups of water. Add bowtie pasta and cook until tender, about 6-10 minutes. Drain pasta through colander and set aside to cool before adding to salad.
In medium bowl add chopped chicken, cheese, almonds and dressing. Toss until evenly coated.
Add lettuce and pasta into chicken mixture and toss until evenly distributed. Enjoy!
